Held every year during the last weekend in April, the Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes is a fun-filled event with something for everyone. It features music, an artists’ market, a kids area, a colorful parade, food (plus beer) and a tour of the personality-filled homes located in Atlanta’s oldest suburban neighborhood.
The Inman Park Festival and Tour of Home is impossible not to love. The eclectic and historic community knows how to party. One of the most anticipated parts of the festival is the parade – which always delights as the funkiest parade any Atlanta street has hosted.
It begins at Edgewood and Euclid on Sat. April 28 at 2:00 p.m. (rain or shine) and runs to Austin Ave. at the foot of Little Five Points.
The juried Arts and Crafts Market includes more than 150 fine artists working in the disciples of sculpture, paintings, and photography.
The Street Market – which is billed as Atlanta’s largest- offers more than 250 booths of antiques and handcrafted wares. That includes everything from handmade soap and unique plants to specialty jewelry.
The Festival also includes a talented lineup of musicians and singers. Peek here to see the full list and schedule.
